Those taxpayers who are the spouse, descendants, or ascendants by nature or adoption will enjoy a discount on the full tax amount in the case of taxation for land transfers and the transfer or establishment of limited real rights of enjoyment, carried out lucratively due to death. The discount will be established at the following percentages of the full amount:
Equal to or less than 80,000.00 euros ……………………………………….95%
Above 80,000.00 and does not exceed 125,000.00 euros ………… 85%
Above 125,000.00 and does not exceed 150,000.00 euros ………. 70%
Above 150,000.00 ……………………………………………………….. 40%
