Last Sunday the financial paper “Expansion” explained that the Spanish banks have presently got over 150000 properties for sale with discounts of up to 60%.
Unlike the last credit crunch back in the nineties , this time it is relatively easy for the public to have access to these opportunities.
The banks have all set up user friendly websites (most of them with an English version)where you can take a look at what they have got for offer.
We have already dealt with purchases from most of the banks listed and in general they are easy to deal with .
Most of the bank offer very easy financing when purchasing one of their properties.
Please find below the list offered by the Expansion newspaper where it shows, name of the bank, name of their website (where all their properties are shown with prices ) and number of properties they each have for sale.
Normally large transactions for investors are not mentioned on their website (hotels, golf courses, complete complexes etc. , complete buildings etc).
